At Antoniadis.com.cy (referred to herein as “The Company”) we are committed in developing our website constantly. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully since by entering the Site you are deemed to have accepted its Terms & Conditions. Updates of our Terms & Conditions are completed frequently, thus you should peruse these changes habitually.

1. Use of Content

The services and information provided by The Company are for your personal, non-commercial use only. The company does not make any warranties expresses or implied, as to the accuracy, adequacy, quality or fitness for any particular purpose or use and all such warranties are expressly excluded to the fullest extent that such warranties may be excluded by law. The information provided is only for general information and use are not intended to address you particular requirements.

2. Prices

All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT, according to the current VAT legislation. Prices listed on our website can be changed at any time without any notice. The amount you will pay is the one shown at the checkout process at the time of the transactions.

3. Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we might ask you as to whether we can deliver a substitute product.

Although we will always try to cater for your orders, an order of large quantities of a line can only be fulfilled at the discretion of the store. For example, if you were to make an order of 20 items which would use up the entire store's stock, the store may only deliver 10 items.

4. Acceptance

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason and a refund will be issued.To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.

5. Delivery Rates and Procedures

5.1 Delivery within Cyprus

5.1.1 Pickup from our store

Choose the "Pick up from our store"  option and you can pick it up FREE the next working day from our store in Latsia (Kilkis 12, 2234 Latsia). When your order is ready for collection you will be notified via SMS to your mobile phone and/or email.

5.1.2 Pickup from an ACS Courier office

Select the "Pick up from ACS Offices" option to pick up at one of the 40+ ACS Courier collection points in Cyprus. Shipping costs for collection from your nearest ACS Courier office (find ACS offices here) is €3.50 for orders up to €50.00 and FREE for orders over €50.00 when you pay online*. Your order will be ready for pickup in 1-2 business days.

When your order is ready and shipped out by our store you will receive an email notification from us and when it is at the pick-up point and ready for you to pick up you will be notified via SMS (or Viber) to your mobile from ACS. If you do not hear from ACS within 2 business days, please contact us to investigate further.

5.1.3 Delivery to your location

Select the "Home Delivery" option to have your order delivered to your location. Delivery is made by ACS Courier and is FREE for orders of €50.00 and over when you pay online*. For orders under €50.00, the delivery cost is €5.00. In inaccessible areas for ACS to reach, an additional fee applies** regardless of the order amount. You can check if you are at a inaccessible address by clicking here. Your order will be delivered to you in 1-3 working days depending on the area and the workload of ACS Courier.

When your order is ready and shipped out by our store you will receive an email notification from us. ACS usually makes deliveries in the morning hours. If they need any clarification on the delivery they will contact you by phone. If you do not hear from ACS within 2 business days, please contact us to investigate further.

*If you wish, you can pay on delivery (cash on delivery). Cash on delivery has an additional fee of €1.00.

** Areas inaccessible to ACS are divided as follows:
• D1. +1 extra day for delivery. + €6.00 ​​additional fee
• D2. +2 extra days for delivery. +€15.00 additional charge
• D3. +3 extra days for delivery. +€30.00 additional charge

5.2 Delivery to Greece

We can ship orders to Greece by post or courier service.  The shipping cost is proportional to the volume and weight of each order and will appear during the ordering process and before your payment. For the time being, the calculation is out of the system if the order is sent and we inform you of the relevant shipping costs. Delivery time by registered post to the post office is 5-6 business days, while with Courier service up to 2 working days. Click here for more

5.3 Delivery to the rest of the World

At the moment there is no automatic processes for orders from the rest of the world. Contact us by email for more info.

6. Return & Cancellation Policy

6.1 Return Policy

Unopened, unused, in its original packaging Return at our shop within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase. In case of purchase from our online shop you can return at our shop within 14 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase. The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value. There is no refund

6.2 Cancellation Policy

If you have chosen to Pick-up from our shop, you can cancel your order at any time up to 2 working days, after the order confirmation date, by calling the shop on 22516351 and 22516951 If you have chosen the Home Delivery or the Pick-up from ACS office, you can cancel your order at any time before the product is handed to the delivery service. After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order. You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.

7. Payment

We will never ask for any financial information, such as your bank account number, credit card numbers, or any other information related to financial data. All payments are performed by credit card using a secure Gateway checkout page provided by Viva Wallet Payment System. When you are about to pay, you will be redirected to Viva Wallet Gateway checkout page, enter your payment details and perform the payment, and then redirected back to our website to view your order receipt. You can pay by using any, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro. The transaction will appear in your bank account as Antoniadis Electronics Educational Ltd Purchase Order: When Payment is completed successfully, the name <> will appear in your bank statement

8. Legal

The transactions of electronic commerce are based under Law, 156(I)/2004 and 197(I)/2007 of the Republic of Cyprus.

9. Order Procedure

The order procedure in our Online Shop has the following steps:

Step 1: Shopping Cart

Choose from the main menu the product category from which you are interested in purchasing products. Select the products and add to the basket the quantity you wish to buy. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you finish with your selection you can proceed to checkout and your Shopping Cart is already created. You can change or cancel your cart at this stage. If you want to proceed with the order you press the button to submit.

Step 2: Delivery Terms

Sign In into the system if you already have an account or create a new account. Choose the Procedure of Delivery and define if the Delivery Address will be the same with the Billing Address. When you finish press next button.

Step 3: Order Confirmation

Your order is now finalized and you can see the full analysis of total value. You should press the button of accepting the Terms & Conditions of The Company and then press Confirm in order to be forwarded to the Payment step. You will receive a confirmation email of your order after the completion of payment process.

Step 4: Payment

Please proceed with the payment of you order. Your order is considered as final and confirmed only after you finalize the payment procedures.

Step 5: Payment Confirmation

You will receive an email as a receipt of your transaction.

Step 6: Past Transaction Information

Your transaction data are accessible when you Sign In into the system. You will be able to retrieve the details of your past transactions with our website.
