UHU Super Glue 3D Filler

Super strong instant liquid adhesive with special 3D filler grain. Instantly creates a hard weld-like glue seam. It welds all surfaces, fills gaps and cracks, strengthens connections and forms small broken parts. It can be sanded, drilled and painted.

Ideal For:
Bonds, fills, reinforces and molds to many plastics, porcelain, ceramics, glass, metal, wood, rubber and more.

Not suitable for:
Not suitable for PE, PP, silicone resins, PTFE and Styrofoam®.

USE
BEFORE USE
Working conditions
Do not use at temperatures below +10 °C. The adhesive responds best with air humidity levels of 50-70%.

Surface requirements
The surfaces to be glued must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease.

Preliminary surface treatment
The presence of dust, oil, grease, wax or any separating material must be thoroughly removed from the surfaces to be bonded together. The best way to achieve this is to clean the parts several times with suitable solvents such as acetone (if suitable for the material - check first!). For metals and metal alloys, it is usually sufficient to roughen the surfaces using sandpaper or by grinding or brushing.

DURING USE
Instructions for use
Application of materials. 1. Place the 3D grains (No. 1) on one side (grain height: max. 2 mm). 2. Pour GLUE (No. 2) onto the applied granules. make sure to fill completely with glue. For deeper cracks or when more material is required, repeat both steps as often as necessary. To mold small parts use non-stick paper as a backing and clear tape to hold. First use: To open the 3D granules remove the cap and cut the top part of the nozzle where indicated. To open the GLUE, hold the tube upright and twist the entire cap firmly onto it. Unscrew the top cap to reveal the applicator. After use: Clean the glue nozzle with a dry cloth and replace the cap.

Advice
The best bonding results are achieved at room temperature

Points of caution
Contains cyanoacrylate. Sticks to skin and eyelids in seconds. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. In case of skin contact, the adhesive can be dissolved by soaking in warm soapy water. Then apply a skin cream. May cause irritation of the respiratory system. Avoid breathing vapors. Keep away from children.

AFTER USE
Stains/residues
Immediately wipe off any excess glue with a dry cloth. After curing the adhesive residues are very difficult to remove. Acetone will dissolve the glue but very slowly (check suitability first).

Storage conditions
Store both items in a dry, cool, frost-free place. Storage below +5 °C (in the refrigerator) ensures the maximum life of the adhesive.
