TEMPO WB 500 is a waterbased PVA dispersion wood adhesive formulated for high demand bonding. Offers rapid and high strength bonding as well as excellent resistance to humidity conditions. It is very suitable for outdoor applications. Dries transparent. Complies to specification EN 203/D3.

APPLICATIONS
- It is suitable for exterior timber constructions such as wooden pergolas, door and window wooden frames etc.
- Bonding of hard and soft wood, MDF, formica, soft- and hardboard, synthetic resin board, chipboard, veneers which are exposed to high humidity conditions.
- Bonding of furniture where high resistance to humidity and ageing are required.
- Bonding of other materials on chipboard, wood and board, such as cardboard, paper or textile-backed PVC cloth.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- All surfaces must be dry and clean from dust and grease.
- Apply the adhesive with a brush, roller, spatula or directly from the nozzle.
- Apply an even film of adhesive to one surface only.
- Allow the adhesive to soak into the parts for some minutes.
- Assemble the joint whilst adhesive is still wet and apply light pressure.
- The use of clamps or press is suggested. The pressure must then be sufficiently high and evenly applied to the entire surface.
REMARKS
- Application temperature: 18oC - 20oC
- Do not use below +12oC
- Ideal moisture content of the wood: 8-12%
- Significant irregularities reduce the contact surface and therefore will lead to unsatisfactory bonding results.
